The Tufted Duck in Tring, part of Acorn Pubs, has begun an exciting refurbishment and seeks a talented Sous Chef to join at this pivotal moment.

You'll help shape the kitchen culture from day one, develop menus and standards, and work in a high-profile reopening environment.

The package includes a base salary up to £35k, generous tips (tron), a £1,000 management bonus, and a range of wellbeing and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level.

Responsibilities

• Run the kitchen alongside the Head Chef, driving the food culture and standards.
• Lead a team to deliver exciting new dishes and maintain high quality for guests.
