Miller & Carter Cribbs Causeway is seeking an enthusiastic Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, train a dedicated team, and support the Head Chef with ordering, prep, and stock control. You will ensure the branded menu is executed to the highest standard and maintain strict health and hygiene compliance.

Qualifications

Previous sous chef or senior chef experience.
Experience leading a kitchen team.
Knowledge of brand standards and menus.
Commitment to hygiene and food safety.

Responsibilities

Be driven to smash targets with your team.
Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
