Miller & Carter Southampton is seeking a Sous Chef who is passionate about great food, training people and delivering a warm guest experience. You’ll run a section, lead the team in the Head Chef’s absence and keep everyone working as one.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy restaurant.
• Ability to train staff and uphold brand standards.
• Good understanding of food ordering and stock management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Order food and manage stock to ensure continuity.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
• Prepare and supervise dishes in line with the branded menu.
• Support Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Oversee section performance and teamwork.
