The Crooked Billet is being transformed under Acorn Pubs, and a brand-new kitchen team is being formed from day one. You will help establish standards, systems and culture as the kitchen is created, with the chance to influence the menu and lead a team of chefs.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level.
• Ability to lead a kitchen team from day one and establish standards.
