Pho in Edinburgh is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to lead and support a busy kitchen team. The role involves working closely with the Head Chef, mentoring wok, line and salad chefs, and ensuring strict food safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef with managerial duties.
• Mentor wok chefs, lines chefs and salad chefs.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in kitchen.

We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our busy Pho restaurant in Edinburgh St James

Our kitchen has a wonderful team of chefs who work very hard and are great at what they do, so it’s important we find the right Second Chef who is going to be supportive, friendly and hands‑on, always ready to help in the different sections of the kitchen.

Annual alary offer of up to£43,600 is made up of a base annual salary £34,700 plus earnings received through tronc.

What Pho is looking for:
