Job summary

BaxterStorey UK is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team at a high-security site near London. You will work 40 hours per week (5 days out of 7) from 8am to 4pm and assist the Head Chef with food preparation, production and service while maintaining quality and presentation.

You will train kitchen staff, assist in menu development, manage stock, and uphold food safety standards. The role offers 28 days holiday, early career development opportunities and free meals on shift.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or relevant certifications.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities
