Job summary

BaxterStorey is seeking a Chef de Partie to join its London-based support team. The role involves cooking to high standards, station management, and collaborating with the culinary team to develop and taste new recipes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation – prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards; ensure food safety at all times.
• Station Management – oversee production of all dishes for your station and maintain your area.
• Quality Control – maintain high standards of presentation and taste.
• Team Collaboration – communicate effectively with all team members and assist where needed.
• Menu Development – contribute ideas for new recipes and improvements.
• Cleaning and Maintenance – keep designated area clean and equipment in good order.
