Job summary

The Mytton and Mermaid in Shropshire is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to lead the kitchen and craft fresh, high-quality dishes. You will work closely with the Head Chef to manage operations, inspire the team, and maintain excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as sous chef or senior kitchen role in a pub, hotel or restaurant.

About you...

Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential, as well as a positive attitude. Working alongside the Head Chef you'll be responsible for running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
