Job summary

Brunning And Price Pubs Ltd is seeking a junior to mid-level Sous Chef to work under the Head Chef, running the kitchen and developing the menu.

You will lead a kitchen team, drive the food culture, and engage customers with exciting new dishes while delivering high standards in a gastro pub or restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential.
• Positive attitude and ability to lead a team alongside the Head Chef.

Responsibilities

• Run the kitchen in collaboration with the Head Chef.
• Drive food culture and keep the team engaged with new dishes.

About You...

Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential, as well as a positive attitude. Working alongside the Head Chef you'll be responsible for running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
