The Cherry Tree in Olney, part of Acorn Pubs, seeks a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and help craft a standout pub dining experience.
You'll work alongside the Head Chef in a refurbished space, drive the food culture, and lead a passionate team to deliver exciting new dishes while delivering great hospitality and community spirit.
The Cherry Tree in the heart of Olney has been through an exciting transformation and we're now looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and help us make our next chapter every bit as special as the first.
Recently refurbished and beautifully restored, The Cherry Tree is a Grade II listed pub overlooking Olney's Market Place. We've created a warm, contemporary space where great food, proper hospitality and a strong sense of community come together.
And we're looking for someone who shares that passion.

Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential, as well as a positive attitude. Working alongside the Head Chef you’ll be responsible for running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
