Job summary

The Blue Boar, Witney, part of Acorn Pubs, is reopening after a major refurbishment. We are seeking an ambitious Chef de Partie to join ahead of the relaunch and help shape its future success.

Located in Witney, this role offers a hands-on opportunity to own a key part of the kitchen during an exciting revamp. We offer a basic salary up to £32k plus tip income and extensive staff welfare benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef in a pub, restaurant or gastro pub.
• Ability to work across all kitchen sections and support the head and sous chefs.
• Passion for fresh food and high standards of hospitality.

As part of a major investment programme across the Acorn Pubs estate, The Blue Boar will soon close for a significant refurbishment before reopening with a fresh new look and renewed ambition. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious and talented Chef de Partieto join the business ahead of its relaunch and play a key role in shaping its future success.

About you...

You may have experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub or the wider hospitality sector. As our chef de partie you'll be working across all areas of the kitchen, supporting our sous chefs and head chef. If you’re passionate about fresh food cookery, you’re likely to be our kind of person and we would love to hear from you!
