Job summary

Brunning and Price at Sutton Hall, Macclesfield, is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to lead the kitchen team and drive the food culture in a busy gastro pub environment.

You will work closely with the Head Chef to plan menus, manage daily service, and ensure high standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Benefits include meals on shift, staff discounts, pension, life assurance, and more.

About you...

Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at seniorsous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential, as well as a positive attitude. Working alongside the Head Chef you’ll be responsible for running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
