Job summary

MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC in Wimborne Minster is looking for a proactive Sous Chef at the Hedgehog to lead a section, train and inspire the team, and cover the Head Chef in their absence.

You will manage food orders, stock control, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met while serving guests with our branded menu.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team.
• Passion for great food and training people.
• Ability to manage a branded menu.
• Confidence in managing Chefs and the Kitchen Team.
