Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Sous Chef at Longbridge Mill within Vintage Inns. You will lead a kitchen section, train and inspire the team, and support the Head Chef with food ordering, preparation and stock control, while ensuring compliance with health and hygiene standards.

You will drive great guest experiences, manage a branded menu, and coordinate with the wider Kitchen Team to deliver consistent quality in a bustling pub environment.

As a Sous Chef at the Longbridge Mill , you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces.
