MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC is seeking a Sous Chef for the Ship Inn to lead the kitchen team, run a section, and support the Head Chef with ordering, food preparation and stock control. You will ensure the team works with a branded menu and maintains high standards.

You will train and supervise Chefs, uphold health and hygiene regulations, and drive team performance to deliver great food and guest experiences.
