Job summary

MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen within our branded portfolio. You will drive team performance, uphold brand standards, and ensure high-quality dishes while coordinating ordering, prep and stock control.

You will manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team, maintain health and hygiene protocols, and help deliver a consistent dining experience across our brands, with opportunities for progression and development.

• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
