MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC's The Woolpack is seeking a Sous Chef with a passion for great food and training people. You’ll run a section and step up to lead the team in the Head Chef's absence, driving a high-performing kitchen.

You will support food ordering, stock control, and ensure compliance with a branded menu and strict hygiene standards while nurturing the growth of your team.

Qualifications

• Experience in running a kitchen section and leading a team.
• Familiar with health and hygiene regulations.

• Assist Head Chef with food ordering and stock control.
