Job summary

Seafood Pub Company is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join our team. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef, helping run a busy kitchen, developing team members and contributing to menu specials.

We offer up to £37,000 per annum including service charge, plus your share of tips, with flexible shifts and staff benefits in a seafood-focused pub group.

• Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
• Lead and develop kitchen team to maintain high standards.
• Assist in creating specials and menu development.
• Collaborate with Head Chef on achieving top quality seafood offerings.
