Job summary

The Tickled Trout in West Farleigh is seeking a Sous Chef to lead the kitchen and support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality dishes with consistency. You will manage a team, drive standards, and ensure food safety is at the forefront of operations.

Applicants should have senior chef experience in premium pubs or restaurants, excellent guest and team communication, and a strong knowledge of HACCP, COSHH and food safety. Own transport is preferred.

Sous Chef

We're looking for our Sous Chefs to

• Have held a senior chef position in a premium pub or restaurant

In this role we need someone with

• Previous experience at management level in a premium hospitality business
• Excellent food & drink knowledge
• Good understanding of the importance of financial targets and how to achieve them
• Own transport is essential
