Job summary

Brunning And Price Pubs Ltd in England is seeking a capable Sous Chef to partner with the Head Chef and drive the kitchen forward. You will run service, develop exciting dishes and mentor junior team members.

The role offers a basic up to £34,000 with tronc, paid overtime, great tips, a £1,500 annual bonus and strong progression opportunities within our growing family of pubs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential.
• Ability to run the kitchen alongside the Head Chef and lead the team.
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering high standards.

About You...

Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential, as well as a positive attitude. Working alongside the Head Chef you’ll be responsible for running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
