Job summary

The Tickled Trout in West Farleigh is seeking a Sous Chef to act as the essential link in the kitchen, driving standards, and supporting the Head Chef. You will lead a team in a busy kitchen, focus on fresh seasonal produce, and maintain guest satisfaction with a smile.

You should have management experience in a premium hospitality business, excellent food and drink knowledge, and a strong grasp of financial targets. Own transport is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have held a senior chef position in a premium pub or restaurant.
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP, COSHH and Food Safety.
• Strong understanding of financial targets and how to achieve them.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the kitchen team, setting high standards.
• Communicate effectively with guests and staff.

We're looking for our Sous Chefs to:
