Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to the Head Chef, stepping up and covering for them when they're not on shift.

You'll support the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen and be accountable for running the line during service, while leading and developing the kitchen team and maintaining the highest standards of food and service.

Qualifications

• Previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
