Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to be right in the action, second in command to the Head Chef. You will step up when needed and help manage all aspects of the kitchen.

You will run the line during service, oversee and develop the kitchen team, and uphold the highest standards of food and service. Opportunities exist to progress toward Head Chef via our internal career pathway.

• Offer previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef
• Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen
• Accountable for running the line during service
• Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team - helping to develop their skills
• Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service
