Marston's PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to be right in the action, second to the Head Chef, stepping up when needed and helping run the kitchen. You will assist in managing all kitchen aspects and lead the team to maintain top food and service standards.

The role offers progression within a branded pub group, with supportive training and opportunities to advance toward Head Chef. Flexible hours and a rewards program are highlighted alongside a strong team culture.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in branded pub/restaurant kitchens.
• Experience as or with a Commis Chef is preferred.
• Able to help run the kitchen line during service.
• Maintain high standards of food and service.

• Offer previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef
• Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen
• Accountable for running the line during service
• Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team - helping to develop their skills
• Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service
