Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a Sous Chef in Welton to be second in command to the Head Chef, stepping in during shifts and running the line during service. You will support the Head Chef in all kitchen operations, lead the kitchen team, and ensure the highest standards of food and service.

We offer progression pathways toward Head Chef roles, a supportive team environment, and access to Marston's Rewards. Expect 40 hours per week at up to £13.50 per hour with reliable hours and career development

Qualifications

• Previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef is required.
• Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Accountable for running the line during service.
• Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team and develop their skills.
• Maintain the highest standards of food and service.
