Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You will run sections, lead the brigade, and ensure excellent, fresh, seasonal dishes across Brasserie Blanc and Heartwood Inns.

We offer a 48-hour week with paid overtime, training through our Stepping Stones programme, staff discounts, and access to Employee Assistance with Hospitality Action. Previous branded ops experience is preferred.

• Basic understanding of administration operations

On Target Earnings £15.25 - £15.75 * Including TRONC

(up to £13.60 basic PLUS Tronc)

About You:

• Have a proven track record in running service from the line, fresh food cuisine and delivering training and support to chefs
• Able to work on and run any sections in the kitchen team, demonstrate leadership skills and assist the head chef
• 3-4 years experience in a Sous Chef role or similar, preferably with exposure to branded operations and a basic understanding of administration operations
