Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a passionate Junior Sous Chef for our kitchen team in Chichester. Join award-winning pubs and brasseries delivering fresh, seasonal dishes to local communities.

The role involves working across multiple sections, following recipes, and training others to maintain high standards. The package includes basic pay up to £13.35 per hour plus TRONC, with On Target Earnings around £15–£16 per hour.

About You

• Have a passion and proven track record in delivering service, great quality, fresh food and training to chefs
• Able to work multiple sections as part of the kitchen team, follow recipes and demonstrate this to other chefs
• 4-5 years experience or progression in a service setting with advanced knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques
