Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team across cosy pubs and brasseries. Basic rate up to £13.10 per hour plus TRONC, with On Target Earnings of £15.50–£16 including TRONC, reflecting our commitment to rewarding performance.

You will work across multiple sections, follow recipes, and contribute to fresh, seasonal dishes while benefiting from Stepping Stones training, staff discounts, and other perks. UK-based applicants only; overseas sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience in a service setting with intermediate knife skills.
• Ability to work across at least two kitchen sections and follow recipes.
• Deliver great quality, fresh dishes to spec.

About You

• Have a passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes
• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques
