Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. Basic rate up to £13.10 per hour plus TRONC, with On Target Earnings £14.50–£15 (including TRONC). We offer bespoke training through Stepping Stones, employee assistance, early pay access, and generous leave among other perks.

About You

• Have a passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food


• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes


• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques
