Job summary

Heartwood Collection in the UK is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The role offers a basic rate up to £13.10 per hour plus TRONC, with On Target Earnings of £15–£15.50 (including TRONC).

You will work across kitchen sections and help deliver fresh, high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. We provide training through our Stepping Stones programme, EarlyPay access, enhanced parental leave, a £1,500 referral bonus, and food discounts at Heartwood Inns and Brasserie Blanc

Qualifications

• Have a passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food.
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes.
• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques.
