St Austell Brewery is seeking a versatile Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team. You\'ll work alongside our Head Chef to deliver high-quality dishes, ensuring procedures are followed and portions meet spec, while adapting menu items as needed.

You\'ll be well-organised and adaptable, with pride in cleanliness and safety, and you\'ll use stock management systems to keep the kitchen running smoothly even at peak times. We offer training and a supportive, award-winning pub hospitality environment.

Are you a versatile Sous Chef with experience of working in a fast-paced environment? Join our talented kitchen team and you’ll be working alongside passionate people, with locally sourced produce, to provide high quality food that delights our guests. As Sous Chef, you will support your Head Chef in leading our talented kitchen team while ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met. You will utilise the flexibility enabled by our menu writing processes, to help adapt our offer to meet the needs of our business and our guests.
