The Lifeboat Inn in St Ives, part of St Austell Brewery, is seeking a versatile Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team, delivering high-quality dishes to delighted guests. You will support the Head Chef, follow procedures precisely, and help adapt menus to meet business needs while developing your skills through training and career opportunities.

As Sous Chef, you will support your Head Chef in leading our talented kitchen team while ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met. You will utilise the flexibility enabled by our menu writing processes, to help adapt our offer to meet the needs of our business and our guests.
