Job summary

Brunning and Price's The Falcon is hiring a Sous Chef to help run the kitchen and shape the menu alongside the Head Chef. The role offers a clear path for career growth with paid overtime, a strong benefits package including a pension, life assurance, staff discounts and paid meals on shift.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential, as well as a positive attitude.

About you...
