Job summary

EGO - Dore Sheffield is seeking a Sous Chef who thrives on mentoring a kitchen team and delivering consistently outstanding dishes. You will lead a section, guide your team, and step in for the Head Chef when needed, ensuring the branded menu is executed to the highest standard.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or in a similar branded kitchen role.
• Ability to lead a section and train others while maintaining consistent quality.

• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As a Sous Chef at EGO - Dore Sheffield , you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces.
