EGO - Blackburn is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead a section, train a great team and ensure guests leave smiling. You’ll step up to lead in the Head Chef’s absence and drive consistent, high-quality service in a branded kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy environment.
• Ability to train and inspire kitchen staff.
• Familiarity with branded menus and stock control processes.

Responsibilities

• Smash targets with your team and drive performance.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support the Head Chef with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Master the art of working with a branded menu.
• Manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
