Job summary

EGO - Dore Sheffield is hiring a Part Time Sous Chef who is passionate about great food, training teams, and making guests smile. You’ll run a section, lead when the Head Chef is absent, and help the kitchen operate as one cohesive team.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen is desirable.
• Ability to train and motivate a team.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
