Job summary

Premium Country Pubs is seeking a Sous Chef at the White Hart to lead a kitchen section, train a talented team, and step in for the Head Chef when required. You’ll champion consistency, menu execution, and guest satisfaction in a high-volume, branded environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen section and training staff.
• Ability to manage food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.

• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As a Sous Chef at the White Hart, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces.
