Job summary

The White Horse pub, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking an enthusiastic Sous Chef in Greater London. You will lead a section, train your team, and step in for the Head Chef when needed, driving high standards and guest satisfaction across busy service periods.

As a Sous Chef at the White Horse, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
