Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Sous Chef for The Horseshoes. You will lead a kitchen section, train your team and step in when the Head Chef is absent. Join Premium Country Pubs and help craft great food and experiences for guests.

As a Sous Chef at the Horseshoes, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You'll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
