Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring a Sous Chef at The White Hart in Pirbright. You will lead a section, train your team and support the Head Chef to deliver great food and service in a premium pub setting.

You’ll manage stock, work with a branded menu, and help maintain high standards of hygiene while guiding colleagues to provide guests with an exceptional dining experience.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
