Job summary

Perle Hotels is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to support the Head Chef at Am Braigh, the signature restaurant within the Bracken Hide Hotel, Portree, Isle of Skye. This is a full-time, 45-hour week permanent contract reporting to the Head Chef.

The Sous Chef will work to deliver modern, elegant dishes using Skye produce, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety in a guest-focused service environment.

The Bracken Hide is looking for a Sous Chef to join their concept restaurant in Portree, the Isle of Skye. This is a full-time 45 hours a week permanent contract reporting into and supporting the Head Chef.

The Am Braigh restaurant offers the best of Skye produce, cooked elegantly, in a modern setting. The menu highlights the wide variety of produce, seafood and delicacies from the amazing Skye larder.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring that all health and safety procedures in a kitchen adhere to the highest standards.
