Perle Hotels Ltd. is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to support the Head Chef at Am Braigh, the signature restaurant within the Bracken Hide Hotel on the Isle of Skye. This is a full-time 45-hour-per-week role reporting to the Head Chef.

The Am Braigh restaurant highlights Skye produce in a modern setting, with a focus on guest experience, cleanliness, and high hygiene standards in all kitchen operations.

Job description

Perle Hotels is seeking a skilled, motivated, and hands‑on Sous Chef to support the Head Chef at Am Braigh, the signature restaurant within the Bracken Hide Hotel.

The Bracken Hide is looking for a Sous Chef to join their concept restaurant in Portree, the Isle of Skye. This is a full‑time 45 hours a week permanent contract reporting into and supporting the Head Chef.

The Am Braigh restaurant offers the best of Skye produce, cooked elegantly, in a modern setting. The menu highlights the wide variety of produce, seafood and delicacies from the amazing Skye larder.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring that all health and safety procedures in a kitchen adhere to the highest standards.
