• Sous Chef level experience or equivalent leadership role
• Passion for seafood, sustainability, and growth

• Cook exceptional seafood dishes, ensuring each plate meets Rockfish standards
• Lead and inspire kitchen team, driving consistency and excellence
• Support Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and service
• Maintain high standards of food safety, stock control and cost management
• Collaborate with front-of-house to deliver memorable dining experiences
