Job summary

Rockfish, led by Mitch Tonks, is a fresh seafood concept with 10 locations in the Southwest. We’re seeking a talented Sous Chef who shares a passion for sustainable, high‑quality seafood and strong leadership.

In this role you will cook exceptional seafood and mentor a kitchen team, support the Head Chef, maintain food safety and stock control, and collaborate with front‑of-house to deliver memorable dining experiences. We offer competitive pay and growth opportunities.
