Job summary

Rockfish Exmouth is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to lead our seafood kitchen, crafting exceptional dishes and upholding Rockfish standards with every plate.

You will inspire a talented kitchen team, support the Head Chef, ensure strict food safety and stock control, and work closely with front-of-house to deliver memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong leadership in a busy kitchen.
• Proven ability to cook seafood to high Rockfish standards.
• Solid understanding of food safety and stock management.
