Job summary

Rockfish Dartmouth Restaurant - Vacancies is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen in Kingswear. You will cook with the freshest seafood, support the Sous and Head Chef, and mentor junior chefs while maintaining Rockfish's high standards.

You'll work closely with front-of-house to deliver an unforgettable dining experience, enjoy generous tips, and benefit from career progression opportunities as the business expands with new openings.

Up to £34,000 OTE inclusive of generous tips and gratuities
