Job summary

Rockfish Salcombe is seeking a talented Sous Chef to cook exceptional seafood and lead a kitchen team. You will support the Head Chef in daily operations, uphold Rockfish standards, and manage food safety and costs. The role offers clear progression to Head Chef and broader opportunities as the brand expands.
