Job summary

Rockfish in Exeter is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to cook with the freshest seafood, support the Sous and Head Chef, and step up to lead service when needed.

You will mentor junior chefs, maintain high kitchen standards including food safety and resource management, and collaborate with front-of-house to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.
