Mitchells & Butler PLC is seeking a Junior Sous Chef for the Hand & Sceptre in Southborough, SM1. You will run a kitchen section, mentor a team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences in a full-time, permanent role.

As a Junior Sous Chef you’ll champion brand standards, cook to specification and support with stock control while developing leadership skills. The team benefits include flexible shifts, generous discounts, Wagestream access and progression opportunities.
