Job summary

Harvester - Halbeath Park in Dunfermline is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a section, train a team, and step in for the Head Chef when needed. The role is based at Dunfermline with permanent, full-time hours and a competitive salary as part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC.

You will drive a team to achieve targets, ensure food quality, manage orders and stock, and maintain high standards of health and hygiene in a branded menu environment.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
